BOILER SERVICE
Most boiler manufacturers insist on their boilers being serviced annually by a registered gas safe engineer in order to maintain the full warranty entitlement.
So, what's involved in a boiler service? We will undertake a full inspection of your boiler, pipework and controls to make sure everything is working properly, to check for corrosion and leaks and that the gas pressure is as it should be. Our job is to test that the boiler is working exactly at the manufacturer says it should be!

If you are the landlord of a rented property we can also provide a 'Landlords Gas Safety Certificate' once the service is completed.
